Lightweight Spring Tool Balancer for 0.88 to 2.2 lbs, Made in Italy

TECNA NO Gravity Spring Tool Balancers are durable, zero gravity balancers that provide improved balance and easy handling, with configurations ranging from 0.4 to 396 lbs. (0.2 – 180 kg.). These balancers carry the load on a stainless steel wire rope, making tools nearly weightless and reducing operator fatigue while improving safety and ergonomics. As the tool is repositioned, the stainless steel cable extends and retracts smoothly from the aluminum housing, providing a full range of motion, and tension adjustment is easy and precise.

Most TECNA Stainless Steel Cable Balancers are also available in Explosion Resistant (ATEX-Rated) and Nylon Cable (synthetic rope) models, with optional Rubber Guards. These balancers feature rugged construction with Nylon, Aluminum or Rubberized-Aluminum body materials, and a ribbed and sealed monobloc construction in aluminium alloy. The stainless steel rope is adjustable in capacity, and they include a safety device against load dropping due to spring breakage (>3kg), an auxiliary safety suspension, and a centrifugal safety device.

The upper rotary suspension with a safety hook, and an optional locking device to block the load at any height, provide additional safety features. The balancers also include an adjustable stroke limiting device, a taper drum rotating on ball bearings, and a cable guide in antifriction material. The inert spring drum assembly and polyamides thimble further enhance the durability and reliability of these tools.

Optional features include external rubber protection and a rotating and insulating device. The standard TECNA NO Gravity Spring Tool Balancers have a capacity of 0.88 to 2.20 pounds, a cable length of 2.5 m, and a stroke of 2500 mm, with a stainless steel cable and an adjustable capacity.
